STELLAR: Shine Jesus' Light VBS at St. Joseph Parish (Alice)
June 12-16 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at St. Joseph Parish Hall (801 S Reynolds St, Alice, TX 78332). All children in 1st-5th grade are welcome to join the fun of VBS! There will be bible studies, arts, crafts, music and outdoor fun in the sun. Breakfast, Lunch and a snack will be provided to all participants. Registration fee to attend is $25. Stellar: Shine Jesus' Light - VBS at Our Lady of Guadalupe (Alice)
July 10-14 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Our Lady of Guadalupe (1010 Beam Station Rd., Alice, TX 78332). Join us for an out of this world VBS adventure! There will be bible adventures, an imagination station, games, and KidVid Cinema. Cost is $25 per camper and includes a camp shirt, all activities, with breakfast, snack and lunch provided. Registration is open to all students Kindergarten through 5th grade. Grades 6th through adult are invited to volunteer. Fr. Walsh's Annual Summer Camp at St. John Paul High II School (Annual Summer Camp for adults with intellectual disabilities)
June 7- 8 from 2:30p.m. - 5:30 p.m. at St. John Paul II Highschool (3036 Saratoga Blvd. - in the Cafetorium). The program, hosted by Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi, has been running for decades, offering faith and entertainment to campers with disabilities in the Coastal Bend. Cost is $25 everyone must preregister by May 10. For more information please call Celia Mendez at (361) 884-0651 Ext. 249. Event Flyer

July 24-27 from 4:30-7:30 p.m. at St. Gertrude Catholic Church (1120 S. 8th St., Kingsville, TX 78363). Kids will be launched on a cosmic quest where they’ll have a blast shining Jesus’ light to the world. STELLAR rockets kids on an out-of-this-world adventure that’s light years of faith-building fun. Registration is open to children from Kindergarten through 5th grade. July 10-14 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (217 W San Patricio Ave, Mathis, TX 78368). The theme for this summer is Stellar: Shine Jesus’ Light and we know our astronauts are ready to do just that! Launch kids on a cosmic quest where they’ll have a blast shining Jesus’ light to the world. Stellar rockets kids on an out-of-this-world adventure that’s light years of faith-building fun. Cost is $30 per camper and is open to all students entering Kindergarten through 6th grade. Registration forms can be picked up at the church office during the week or from the church foyer after Mass. "Who is My Neighbor? Learning to Love Like Jesus!" - VBS at Sacred Heart of Jesus  (Odem)
July 17-21 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart of Jesus Church (401 W. Willis St., Odem, TX 78370). Neighbors are more than people who live next door. Neighbors are more than people in our families or communities. Through five carefully chosen Bible stories, Who Is My Neighbor? leads children on a journey to discover more about God’s great love. Children will spend the morning in various fun & faith based stationed activities, games, crafts, Bible, and service & worship. Lunch will be provided. Keepers of the Kingdom - VBS at St. John of the Cross (Orange Grove)
July 17-21 from 5:30-8 p.m. at St. John of the Cross (200 S. Metz, Orange Grove, TX 78372). Come "Be Strong in the Lord." (Ephesians 6:10) as we embark on five days of fun and arm ourselves with spiritual armor to prepare for the Battle for Truth! On the fifth day, parents and families are invited to join in on the fun with our closing Family Fun Day celebration.  This is a FREE camp with an optional $15 camp shirt and is open to all students grades Kindergarten through 5th grade. June 12-16 from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at Our Lady of Mount Carmel Catholic Church (1008 Austin St, Portland, TX 78374). Neighbors are more than people who live next door. Neighbors are more than people in our families or communities. Through five carefully chosen Bible stories, Who Is My Neighbor? leads children on a journey to discover more about God’s great love. From looking at how to be a neighbor to diving into what it means to live out our faith, this interactive VBS series will lead children deeply into Bible stories focused on God’s care and compassion for neighbors close at hand and around the world. Cost is $25 per child and is open to all Kids entering Kinder - 6th grade this Fall 2023. Registration forms are available for download HERE.
