The Office of Diocesan Initiatives serves as a bridge between the chancery and local parish and school communities, fostering collaboration and unity across the Diocese of Corpus Christi. Dedicated to advancing the bishop’s pastoral vision, the Office coordinates diocesan events, unifies efforts across ministries, and ensures that diocesan goals are supported at every level. Through innovative programs, resource development, and strategic partnerships, the Office empowers clergy, lay leaders, and all the faithful to live out their baptismal call.  Rooted in a shared mission, the Office of Diocesan Initiatives strives to strengthen the sense of community within the diocese as we work together to be the hands and feet of Christ—welcoming, serving, and reaching out to all as we grow together in faith.
