Norma Castaneda is the new Curriculum Coordinator in the Office of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Corpus Christi. The Robstown native attended St. Anthony and St. John Catholic schools before graduating from Robstown High School. Norma worked at Bishop Garriga Middle School for three years. Before that, she served as an elementary teacher, assistant principal, principal and curriculum director for Robstown Independent School District for 25 years. She and her husband Alfredo have been married 46 years and have three children who all attended Catholic school. She has five grandchildren. Norma also enjoys traveling and reading in her spare time. We welcome her and wish her well.
Rachel Lozano is the new Accounts Payable Clerk for the Diocese of Corpus Christi. She grew up in Corpus Christi and graduated from Moody High School. Previously, she worked in the flooring industry, spending 20 years as an employee for the Swiff-Train Company. She is a grandmother of six and is a parishioner at St. Philip the Apostle Parish. We wish Rachel much success in her new position.
