Students explore orchestral music in Link Up Program

Students from St. Gertrude School in Kingsville, along with other area elementary students, participated in a Link Up Program in conjunction with Carnegie Hall's Weill Music Institute in New York City. Dr. Elizabeth Janzen, flute professor at TAMUK, organized the program locally. The Institute pairs orchestras across the country with students in their local communities to explore orchestral music through a hands-on curriculum.
