St. Patrick School sixth grade students were given an opportunity to challenge themselves, overcome fears and work together as teams on their class trip at The Outdoor School near Marble Falls on April 23-25. Assistant principal Dave Mason said the trip “culminates their years of hard work here at St. Patrick School.”
The Outdoor School is a place where students learn about themselves and their natural environment.
The students held fundraisers all year to pay for tuition and the Charter Bus that carried all 31 students and four chaperones. The various activities included swimming in Lake LBJ, archery, kayaking, canoeing and rock climbing using a zip line.
