St. Anthony students compete at Science Fair

St. Anthony School Science Fair winners were announced on Feb. 10. Students in first-eighth grade competed in this year's Science Fair. First and second place winners will represent St. Anthony School at the Diocesan Science Fair. Third place winners will be alternates.

Winners from first grade were: Viviann Melendez, third place; Jordan Flores, second place; Rylan Garcia, first place. Winners from second grade were: Iliana Salinas, third place; Kathryn Vasquez, second place; and Josiah Villarreal, first place and Grand Champion. Winners from third grade were: Olivia Morales, third place; Jacob Pacheco, second place; and Anthony Castaneda, first place (not pictured).

Winners from fourth grade were: Steven Muldrow, third place; Jolissa Mayorga, second place; and Noah Aguilar, first place. Winners from fifth grade were: Kalyn Zuniga, third place; Isaiah Good, second place; and Ramon Hernandez III, first place.

Winners from sixth grade were: Leslie Ramirez, third place; Gilbert Gonzalez, second place; and Linzee Garza, first place. Winners from seventh grade were: Joel Perales, third place; Jesse Cisneros, second place; and Victoria Verdin, first place. Winners from eighth grade were: Ysabel Hernandez, third place; Frankie Garcia, second place; and Rolando Perez, first place.
