Students from Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic School held a day of festivities on Oct. 7, in honor of the Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary. Students began the day in prayer and song. Each child then presented the Virgin Mary with a gift of flowers.
Students sang and prayed after presenting the Virgin Mary with flowers, after which they paraded around their campus and the property of St. Paul the Apostle Catholic Church. They sang and played instruments as they walked with family and friends by their sides.
After the parade, students treated their guests with class presentations including dance and movement routines by grade level. After lunch and a rest period, the students continued the celebration in the afternoon with games and a
piñata.
