OLG Missionary Image pays visit to St. Elizabeth School

A Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe was on display at St. Elizabeth School in Alice on Jan. 25.

The St. Joan of Arc Brigade sponsors the San Antonio wide visitations of the Missionary Image of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Through the Dan Lynch Apostolate this miraculous image travels worldwide in an effort to bring forth faith, hope and consolation.

The Missionary Images are actual color and size (4’ x 6’) replicas of the original Miraculous Image of Our Lady which she left on Saint Juan Diego’s Tilma. They were blessed at the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Mexico by the Rector of the Basilica, Msgr. Diego Monroy, to bring conversions, reverence for life, sanctity of the family and solidarity of the Church in America.
