New Mission Hall Ground Breaking in Concepción

Many parishioners attended the Immaculate Conception Mission Hall groundbreaking ceremony in Concepción on March 22.

Father John Ouellette, hardhat on and gold plated shovel in hand, gave a blessing and dug a piece of ground where the new mission hall will be built.

The first phase of the building should be completed this year.

There will be a Third Annual Spring Fiesta on May 2 from 4 p.m.-12 a.m. to raise funds for the second and third phase of the mission hall.

The Catholic mission continues to be an anchor for the faithful of Concepcion.
