Kingsville Catholics celebrate Our Lady of Guadalupe

Catholics from St. Joseph, Our Lady of Good Council, St. Gertrude and St. Martin of Tours, participated in a multi church celebration on Dec. 11 to honor Our Lady of Guadalupe. Parishioners processed from St. Joseph to Our Lady of Good Council for Mass and to witness the blessing of the new grotto installed at Our Lady of Good Council and Mariachi's sang and Los Matachines danced. Afterwards a reception was held in the parish hall.

On Dec. 12 parishioners from St. Martin of Tours met at Mother Julia Navarette's Chapel on Richard Street at 5:30 a.m. to pray the rosary, then processed to St. Martin Church where they were greeted by Mariachi's. Mass was held and after Mass a breakfast reception was held in the parish hall.
