Junior Catholic Daughters fete dads with Valentines Day dance

The Junior Catholic Daughters, Court #2496, of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Alice held a Valentine's Father Daughter Dinner on Saturday, Feb. 13. The evening started with the girls attending evening Mass with their fathers, grandfathers or the special gentleman in their lives.

After Mass, a dinner was served at the Parish Hall. Guests entertained the girls with songs on a Karaoke system. Each gentleman that attended the dinner left with a long-stem rose presented by the young lady or ladies they brought.

Race G. Munoz, sponsor of the Court, said that everyone seemed to have a good time.
