School announces Science Fair winners

Incarnate Word Academy Elementary Level held its annual science fair on Feb. 12 at the school’s James R. Dougherty, Jr. Center.

The top three students from third, fourth, and fifth grades will advance to compete in the Diocesan Science Fair on March 28. The Diocesan Science Fair will be held at St. John Paul II High School.

Third grade Science Fair winners were: Allie Salazar, who won 1st place; Colin Hannigan, who won 2nd place; and Cole Ramirez, who won 3rd place. Fourth grade Science Fair winners were: Nikolai Steen, who won 1st place; Paige Dorsey, who won 2nd place; and Emily Elliot, who won 3rd place. Fifth Grade Science Fair winners were: Grace Leeson, who won 1st place; Victoria Molina, who won 2nd place; and Regan Hannigan, who won 3rd place.
