IWA elementary and middle level students place at diocesan science fair

Several elementary and middle level students from Incarnate Word Academy placed at the 22nd Annual Diocesan Science Fair held at St. John Paul II High School on March 28. Earning first honors were fifth grade student Grace Leeson, sixth grader Cyan Sepulveda-Guevara, seventh grade student Alison Duncan and eighth grader Zachary Rumley.

Perry Burkett, a seventh grader, placed second; eighth grader Matthew Charles placed third; placing fourth was third grader Colin Hannigan; and fifth place honors went to fourth grader Nikolai Steen and eigtht grader Mia Moore.
