IWA band and choir will perform at Mount Carmel Home

Incarnate Word Academy’s Middle Level band and choir will perform at Mount Carmel Home, an assisted living center, on Thursday, Sept. 25, from 10-10:40 a.m. After the performance, students will mingle with residents.

Service to others and community building are intrinsic components of the Incarnate Word Academy experience for students. Students have the opportunity to give their time and talents to help others and develop their life-long roles as contributing citizens of our community.

“The performance is the IWA Music Department’s gift to the community,” IWA Band Director Joe Hernandez said.

The IWA Middle Level band’s dedication to the community is a perfect example of how IWA students recognize God’s blessings and commitment and sharing them with others.
