BGMPS Students donate to Ronald McDonald House

The students of Bishop Garriga Middle Preparatory School showed true school spirit during their Homecoming Dance on Oct. 26. Encouraged by the Student Council, students donated items to The Ronald McDonald House of the Coastal Bend. These items included toiletries, paper goods, cleaning supplies, and non perishable food items such as coffee and creamer.

The Ronald McDonald House helps the community by providing living facilities for families who have sick children staying at Driscoll Children’s Hospital. Student Council members are: Bernadette Salazar, Isaiah DeLeon, Lexi Serna, Melyna Moreno, Jacob Quintanilla, Bridget Lee Sang, Bailey Kasprzyk, Americus Pena, Katelyn Yeager, and Aleyda Sanchez. Student Council sponsors are Marta Macias and Delia Rosenbaum.
