Charles Krauthammer,
New York Times Best-Selling Author and Fox News Contributor, is coming to speak at the CHRISTUS Spohn Health System Foundation’s 2015 Lyceum. Proceeds from this March 31, event will help CHRISTUS Spohn and physician partners make meaningful enhancements to CHRISTUS Spohn’s vital Family Medicine and Emergency Medicine Residency Programs.
Features, such as a state-of-the-art simulation lab and comprehensive learning resource center, will help attract physicians to train and remain in the Coastal Bend. This is part of CHRISTUS Spohn’s plan to transform health care to strengthen the health and wellbeing of our entire community.

The 27th Annual event is being chaired by –Jen Vogt, 2015 Lyceum Chair.

“Lyceum” is a Latin word mean “a hall for public lectures”. Since 1989, Lyceum guests have had the opportunity to meet and listen to a variety of remarkable leaders and influential people, the first event began with featured speaker, Henry Kissinger. Other notable speakers have included Colin Powell, Tony Blair and George W. Bush.
