Tax Free Weekend/Sales Tax Holiday

Sales Tax Holiday/Tax Free Weekend begins Friday, August 11, and goes through midnight Sunday, August 13th. Most purchases qualify for tax exemption this weekend including most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks (sold for less than $100) during this tax-free weekend only. Qualifying items can be purchased tax-free from a Texas store or from an online or catalog seller doing business in Texas.
