(Corpus Christi, TX) – CHRISTUS Spohn Health System will host “Strike Out Stroke” Night during the Corpus Christi Hooks game against the Arkansas Travelers on Friday, May 21. This annual event with the Hooks organization allows our leaders and Associates with the CHRISTUS Spohn Neuroscience Institute to engage and educate our community about stroke awareness.
Activities will start with a pre-game interview with the Neuroscience Institute team. A former patient and stroke survivor will then throw out the ceremonial first pitch. During the third inning of the game, Dr. Morgan C. Campbell, III, Neurologist and Stroke Program Medical Director, will take part in a radio interview with KKTX.
CHRISTUS Spohn looks forward to encouraging our community to join the fight to Strike Out Stroke!
