St. Joseph Parish’s first Lenten fish fry is Ash Wednesday, March 5 and will continue every Friday up to and including Good Friday, April 18. This is the parish's largest fundraiser. Plates are $13 and include fried flounder and fried shrimp with freshly-made coleslaw, golden fries, buttered corn niblets, St. Joseph's famous house-recipe tartar sauce and a slice of bread.
