Safe Environment programs are in place to assist parents, children and those who work with children in becoming educated towards the prevention of harm to the vulnerable of our population. This includes the appointment of Safe Environment Coordinators to teach courses to individual parish and school locations.
The Office for Safe Environment and Child & Family Resources also oversees the implementation of Safe Environment Education for our children who are in our Catholic schools or who are enrolled in religious education classes, through the Circle of Grace Program.
The Office for Safe Environment and Child & Family Resources provides direct support to our pastors and administrators in providing referral assistance to parishioners and families in regards to social services issues such as domestic violence, family counseling, abuse, neglect and other human struggles.

We are asking parents, as the primary and most important catechists of your children, to help us provide for the safety of our children by discussing the “Circle of Grace Discussion and Activity” packet with your family.
