The mission of the Office of Catholic Schools, in the Diocese of Corpus Christi, is to provide servant leadership to ensure Christ-centered learning environments and academic excellence to Catholic schools where students develop spiritually, intellectually, socially and morally. We are committed in partnership with parents, parish and school leaders and the global community to prepare students to become missionary disciples and to share the teachings and spirit of Jesus.
Pillars for Catholic Education
FAITH | KNOWLEDGE | SERVICE
Since 1871, Catholic Schools have been a long-standing tradition for academic excellence and spiritual development in the Diocese of Corpus Christi. We have 13 successful schools, including those in Alice, Rockport, Robstown, and Corpus Christi: two high schools, three middle schools (two middle school campuses and one elementary school with grades up to middle school), and seven elementary schools.
Building on a strong Catholic tradition, the schools in the Diocese of Corpus Christi will be the leading educational choice for all families. In partnership with parents and the Catholic community, our students will emerge with a superior academic and spiritual foundation, empowering them to make moral and ethical decisions and to transform the world around them as faith-filled servants.
Our Catholic schools are valued for their safe and secure environments where children/students are formed in Christ-centered environments and academically strong classrooms. As part of our ongoing commitment to school safety, all our Catholic schools in the Diocese of Corpus Christi utilize the SafeSchools Alert platform for safety tip reporting. Students, staff, and parents can submit safety concerns to our school administrators anytime via our website, app, text, phone, or email.
Our school communities can easily report tips on bullying, harassment, drugs, vandalism, threats of violence, or any safety issue through SafeSchools Alert. Tips may be submitted anonymously, if preferred.
All members of our school communities are invited to speak directly with a school administrator about safety concerns at any time. However, the SafeSchools Alert program provides an additional avenue to keep lines of communication open, and in doing so our hope is to provide help to individuals in need.
