St. Gertrude Pre-K 4 students use STREAM to problem solve

Belinda Aguilar’s Pre-K 4 completed a stream project using apples at St. Gertrude School in Kingsville on Oct. 19. The purpose of the project was to teach students how to approach, apply and experiment with STREAM to problem solve.

The students examined the apples using their 5 senses, graphed them and used their apples to create artwork. Afterward, the students raced their apples down a chute, finally eating them with nutella, peanut butter and caramel dip.
