IWA students advance to State Academics competition

February 20, 2018Seven Incarnate Word Academy Middle Level students will advance to compete in the Private Schools Interscholastic Association (PSIA) State Academic Meet on April 28. The meet will be held at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth.Olivia D’Anna, Regan Hannigan, Ava Hoffman, Alexa Reyes, Morgan Schacht, and Wilson Vanexan advanced to State after earning first and second place in multiple categories at the district meet on Feb. 17.
Madison Gillespie received third place at district and was named a state alternate.
