IWA elementary level students celebrate first Holy Communion

More than 30 students from Incarnate Word Academy Elementary Level received their First Holy Communion on Wednesday, May 14.

The students received their First Holy Communion at their respective parish. On Wednesday, the students celebrated Mass with their classmates in the Convent Chapel of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament. Following Mass, a reception was held in their honor at the school’s James R. Dougherty Center.
