IWA boys win state championship in cross-country

The Incarnate Word Academy High School boys’ cross-country team won first place, and the girls’ took third place at the TAPPS State Championship in Waco on Saturday, Oct. 20. The cross-country teams will be arriving at the IWA High School Gunning Gymnasium between 6:20 and 7 p.m. from Waco. Parents and faculty will be there to welcome the students and congratulate them on their wins.
