IWA Boys and Girls Cross Country teams advance to state

CORPUS CHRISTI, Texas – The Incarnate Word Academy Boys and Girls Cross Country teams competed at the TAPPS 5A District Meet on Oct. 24 from which they now advance to the State Championship.

The girls’ team finished first overall with a total of 29 points, winning the District Championship. The boys’ team finished second overall with a total of 42 points. 

The IWA Cross Country teams will compete at the TAPPS 5A State Championship on Monday, Nov. 2 at the Midway ISD Course in Hewitt, Texas.
