First Holy Communion Mass celebrated at St. Mary Mission in Robstown

Father Mike Grump, SOLT celebrated First Holy Communion Mass at St. Mary Mission in Robstown on May 4. First Penance Children were prepared weeks in advance to serve as the choir for this special Mass. This allowed for the First Penance children to take part in the Holy Communion Mass, giving them a foretaste of what is to come for them next year when they receive their First Holy Communion. Rey Moreno directed the children’s choir. The children offered a rose to Our Lady in thanksgiving.
