Educators begin new strategic planning for next 5 years

Teams of educators from each Catholic school in the Diocese of Corpus Christi met on March 26 to begin a new Strategic Planning Process for 2018-2023.  The process is entitled,  "Visioning for the Future: Faith in Tomorrow." Each team developed drafts of mission statements, vision statements and core values. Teams began the process for evaluating strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis).
  Dr. Rosemary Henry, Superintendent of Catholic Schools, and Debbie Solcher, Associate Director of the Texas Catholic Conference of Bishops Education Department served as the consultants for this planning process.  Additional sessions will provide direction, activities and resources for each team to direct planning is respective school communities.
