Directors of Religious Education are appreciated

The Diocese of Corpus Christi recently acknowledged the Directors of Religious Education at their first annual appreciation gathering.  Over 15 DRE’s gathered from around the diocese met at St. Pius X Family Hall with Bishop Wm. Michael Mulvey offering words of encouragement and gratitude for of their work in the vineyard.  Additionally, DRE’s gathered at the Lighthouse Inn in Aransas Bay for a day of retreat and reflection led by retreat master Msgr. Michael Heras.  They reflected on the “Culture of Catechesis” in hopes of directing their upcoming efforts to the Year of Faith.
