Children helping children

Msgr. Lawrence White, pastor at Sts. Cyril & Methodius parish in Corpus Christi presents a check for $1860, on behalf of the parish’s children, to Sister Milagros Tormo, MJMJ, president of the The Ark Assessment Center and Emergency Shelter for Youth. The money was part of a children’s collection and will be used to meet the needs of the abused and neglected children and youth residing at the shelter. Sister Milagro thanked the children and parents for their generous gift and support.
