On Tuesday May 13, Catholic Charities Immigration & Refugee Services Department is hosting a public forum to discuss and understand more about general citizenship and immigration issues.
Representatives from the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) San Antonio Field Office will provide a brief summary concerning the role they play in adjudicating applications and petitions for immigration benefits. Individuals attending the forum will have an opportunity to ask the USCIS representatives questions concerning immigration laws, regulations and processes. The legal staff of Catholic Charities will also be available to answer general questions.
The event will be held at Corpus Christi Cathedral’s St. Joseph’s Hall, 505 N. Upper Broadway, beginning at 6 p.m. This event is free and open to the public.
