Catholic Charities of Corpus Christi held a meet and greet at their new headquarters at 615 Oliver Court on May 31. Bishop Michael Mulvey unveiled a plaque in front of the entrance of the building, honoring the John G. and Marie Stella Kenedy Memorial Foundation for their generous financial support.
Executive director of Catholic Charities, Linda McKamie, presented a white hardhat to Mike Lippincott with a guardian angel and Catholic Charities logos painted on the sides and back. Lippincott gave of his time and talent by redesigning the interior and working with contractors to refurbish areas of the building and courtyard.
Many Catholic Charities and Kenedy Memorial Foundation officials, staff and members of the diocesan community attended the event.
