In a tradition started in 2005, Incarnate Word Academy students unloaded two busloads of gifts, filling a conference room, at Child Protective Services. The donated presents were given to children assisted by the state agency that investigates reports of abuse and neglected of children.
"As a result of the student's efforts, they made a Christmas morning of opening gifts possible for some 322 children," John Lennan, Media Specialist for the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services, said.
